Investment Friendly Government Policies

Government of Pakistan, capitalizing on the Sector's vast natural resources, low labour costs, skilled craftsmen, growing national and international demand and needless to mention, tireless efforts by PGJDC, has taken potential steps as under:

• Reduction of duty on natural pearls and precious / semi precious stones (earlier, this exemption was only on natural pearls as well as synthetic or manufactured precious stones)

• Exemption of Customs Duty and Sales Tax on import of Diamonds and precious stones/metals
